Neri Apps builds operational software — including Neri Ops and Neri Cash — that connects to a business's own communication and data tools to help run day-to-day operations. This policy explains what data we access, why, and how it's handled.
SilverBeck LLC, referred to as "Neri Apps," "we," or "us," provides the Neri Ops and Neri Cash products described at neriapps.com.
Neri Apps products work by connecting to systems a business already uses. We only access what's needed to provide the features you've enabled, and only for accounts you've explicitly connected.

We use a small number of infrastructure and AI providers to operate the product. We don't sell data to anyone, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We retain connected data for as long as your account is active and a given integration remains connected. If you disconnect an integration or close your account, we delete the associated data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or security purposes.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we access, including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS) for all connections and restricted access to production systems. As with any software handling business communications, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we continue to invest in hardening these protections as the product matures.
Because Neri Apps supports cross-border business operations, data may be processed or stored in a country other than where you or your business is located. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
Neri Apps' WhatsApp integration currently accesses one-to-one business conversations only. We do not access the content of WhatsApp group chats you may be a member of on a connected number.
Neri Apps products are business tools not directed at or intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
We'll update this page as the product evolves and post the revised date at the top. Material changes affecting how your data is used will be communicated directly where practical.
