SilverBeck LLC, referred to as "Neri Apps," respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of the data we hold about you, including any information associated with your WhatsApp messaging with a business that uses Neri Apps.

1. What data this covers

Neri Apps helps businesses manage and respond to customer conversations, including messages sent and received through the WhatsApp Business Platform. The data we may hold on your behalf can include your name, phone number, message content, and related conversation metadata. Our full data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

2. How to request deletion

To request that we delete the personal data we hold about you, send an email with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" to the address below:

Please include the following so we can locate and verify your records:

• The phone number associated with your WhatsApp conversations.
• The name of the business you were communicating with, if known.
• A brief statement confirming that you are the owner of the data or are authorized to request its deletion.

3. What happens next

1. We will acknowledge your request within a reasonable period after receiving it.
2. We may contact you to verify your identity or clarify the request before proceeding.
3. Once verified, we will delete the personal data we hold about you from our active systems, and instruct our processors to do the same, except where we are required to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations.
4. We will confirm to you when the deletion has been completed.

4. Requests through the business you contacted

Because Neri Apps processes data on behalf of the businesses that use our service, you may also contact that business directly to request deletion. If they instruct us to delete data relating to you, we will act on that instruction in the same manner described above.

5. Retention exceptions

In some cases we may need to retain limited information to comply with legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Where this applies, we will delete or anonymize the remaining data once those obligations no longer require its retention. This is consistent with the retention practices described in our Privacy Policy.
