These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by SilverBeck LLC, referred to as "Neri Apps," "we," or "us." By accessing or using our services, including any WhatsApp messaging integrations we operate, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Neri Apps is a service operated by SilverBeck LLC, a limited liability company organized in the United States. We build operational software — including Neri Ops and Neri Cash — that connects to a business's own communication and data tools, including the WhatsApp Business Platform, to help run day-to-day operations.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services. By using the services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and current.
Our services allow authorized businesses to connect their own systems — such as messaging, email, and CRM accounts — so that Neri Apps can help surface, draft, send, organize, and respond to communications on their behalf. Features may change over time as we improve and expand the product. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion.

You are responsible for obtaining any consents required from your own customers before messaging them through the services.
Our services integrate with third-party platforms, including the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta, as well as email and CRM providers. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party platforms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials used to access the services and for all activity that occurs under your account. Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your data as described in our Data Deletion Instructions.
The services, including all software, text, and design, are owned by SilverBeck LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand features without our prior written permission.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SilverBeck LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the services. You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which SilverBeck LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
